Wolf Howl Rock

I wag my tail happily and wait for him to show me.

"Well you know the basics right? Scratching with your claws biting right?"

I nod quickly. Suddenly I see a coyote stalking the nearby Down. I send a bite on his leg angrily. I twist it, causing him to yelp. I throw him into a boulder close to me. He yelps and limps away, but I jump on the rock and pounce on him, pinning him. I strangle his neck in my mouth before puntering the breathey thingy that can kill you.

"Impressive and to think i taught all that to you..I think im gonna cry."
(Adams apple is that the breathy thingy?)

I look up from the coyote, blood on my muzzle, my black fur stained red. "You never tauht me anything... I think I did that on my own."

"I know i was being sarcastic i haven't really taught you anything in fact...anyway i suppose i could teach you something." I notice another coyote rustling in the bush. "Stubid coyotes hey look frank died let me stand here maybe i might die HERP DERP." I jump at the coyote landing on top of it i grab it with my mouth and snap its neck. "Ok next coyote you try to snap its neck to use all your force or you might rip it off try not to."

I nod and stand silently near the bushes, waiting. A coyote springs at the now almost-fainted Down, but I jump on it. I snap its neck quickly, like Convel.

"here you all are" notices the two dead coyotes "well well,Amari are you teaching Convel how to fight.I didnt know pups taught their own mentors"

"Oh hey look theres a bear infested forest over there why don't you go "scout" it ash." I look at Amari "Well since Ash is here he might as well teach you Amari why i go do something behind that rock like sleep yes that sounds nice."

"Why don't you just go back to the den?" I snap at Convel. "And, if you want, I can scout the territory with you if you want. If we found something, it would help me practice my fighting skills." I say to Ash. I see one last coyote getting to Down and I pounce on it, snapping the neck, blood dripping down my mouth. Down hops quickly to me and flutters onto my shoulder.

"Well thunder doesn't even know you so this could be your erm bonding time.....yeah lets go with that."

I hear Moon howling and I run back.

I also hear the howl and I run to the den.

jumps up to the highest point of the rock, a rock falls behind her as she scrabbles up the rock face, she sits down on the top, the space on top was not large, only big enough for about three wolves to sit there, she looks over into the territory, it looks peaceful and calm, nothing out of the ordinary.

I walk around looking for someone to help me get the elk. Suddenly I spot Moon. "Moon! I have been howling for AGES! Why didn't I get any help! Come with me to Dark Forest! Believe it or not, I killed a bull! Im just too small to drag it back..." I bark, already trotting to my kill.

"get another wolf to help, I'm keeping watch, and maybe if you split the elk up, you could just make more trips back and forth, and I already told you I killed an elk already, we can survive a while before hunting another one" Moon sighs, she stays put watching the territory below.

"When did you ever kill an elk? You might not of noticed, but if you ever came back, I was long gone. And if no ones going to be proud of me, then Im just gonna stay with it until I have eaten it." I growl, starting to feel disappointment stir in me. "Come on... I killed a bull! Is NO ONE going to be proud for me? Maybe I should just... yes I will do that... then they might actually be impressed..." I think, running back.

sighs "she'll get over it and I did bring the elk back just as she left to hunt, oh well I might as well continue to keep watch, why did she keep asking me anyway, I just killed an elk before." "Whats that!" she looks down onto the territory below a shadowed figure of something crosses the territory, "could it be..." runs back to the den

climbs up the rock and looks over the territory, elk blood was dotted in certain areas, but there were no people in view, sitting down she watched as the elk herds crossed the crossing and the birds flew calmly in the air, everything was back to normal.

gets up and walks back to the den

Thunder ran, looking for Moon. After waiting and still no reply, he walks off to hunt alone.

She walks up towards the summit of the huge rock, it had taken her awhile to reach the rock because she had been looking round the territory at the areas where herbs were growing. She sat down at the summit and relaxed resting her head on her paws she lay down, and thought to herself.

Sits on edge and looks off to horizon.

Hears a very familiar howl off in the distance. Gets really excited and howls back.

Pricks ears to hear a reply from the familiar animal. Just silence. howl,"Are you out there?! Please!"
