The Blue Plains

This is the Blue Plains, here during the night the moonlight shines onto the grass making it look blue.

She looks at the beautiful blue tinted grass shining in the moonlight. She smiles at the serenity of the place and continues walking, with Micro clinging to her ear.

I walk to the middle of the clearing, amazed at the blue-tinted grass. A sparrow crows in a nearby tree. I get in the play position and yelp happily. It looks away like it is bored before perching on my shoulder. I laugh, joyful and it squacks. Suddenly I sense something. I look up and see two pure black wolfs snarling lowly at me. I try to back up but two more block all my ways out.

I run scared under the legs of one wolf to the Sea Cliff, my sparrow on my shoulder.

I drag my elk to the center of the clearing, as night falls. I chew on the thigh of the elk happily. I look at my bleeding leg before wrapping it in the cobwebs I picked up earlier. The fox I saw when I had caught my hare came out of the bushes and looked at me. He dropped a silver fish in front of me. "Thanks... here." I say, tearing off the leg. He picks it up and lies next to me. I eat the fish hungrily before closing my eyes. I lay down, and fall asleep.

I awaken to a couple more animals surruonding me; three foxes- including the one from before, a raccoon, and a couple ravens. They look at me and I roll my eyes before saying, "Go ahead, but leave some for me, and after this I just want the fox to come back." After all of the animals leave, I eat the last bit of the buck. I trot off to find some more prey that will last me, in the land to the west.

I run back swiftly as the rain pelts my fur. I shiver before laying under a makeshift den of a hole under a rock. I shiver again, cold. I see three shadowy figure come under the rain. What the...? I think. I walk out, but the figure throws something at me and it hits my fur. I yelp and limp quickly away, scurriying faster than them into my burrow.

As the shadows disappear, I limp-run back to the den.

She looks down and watches Amari on top of a small cliff hidden by the shadows. She shakes her head and walks away. She stays out of sight from the other wolves.
