"What's the 'New Territory'?" Explanation and some other thing

The New Territory is quite similar to the old, as in, it'll still have main areas to post in and all that, but they'll all be new! |D

You can still go back and visit the old territory places in the RP just for fun, although I don't exactly see why you'd want to all that much. :L

I thought I had more to say; oh well.
